Three announcements about the Sand Creek program tomorrow at Reiman Theater, DU


      In response to two inquiries, the panels in Reiman Theater, Margery Reed Hall (corner of Evans and University) are open to all.  Please come.

     David Fridtjof Halaas, a fine historian, co-author, with Andrew E. Masich, of the marvelous Halfbreed: the two worlds of George Bent, consultant to the Cheyennes and Arapahos, and former director of Colorado History, is one of the authors of University of Denver report and will speak on the 9AM panel on Governor Evans and the massacre.

     Gail Ridgely and Joe Big Medicine will represent the Cheyennes and Arapahos on the 1:30 panel on Public Recognition and Acknowledgement.
